PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

We are pleased to offer the free exchange service.

Julieta Barcelona merchandise can only be exchange within 14 days from the date of arrival to the customer. The only merchandise eligible for exchanges are shoes, given the customization of our accessories and bags. The shoes will have to be in perfect condition without any signs of use or damage. They will have to have the protective film attached to the sole of both shoes.

Our products have a 2 year warranty. Our products are manufactured with the highest quality materials and under the highest standards.

Products purchased with discounts are available for or size exchanges but not for refunds. Please check your Shoe Size carefully or ask us at customerservice@julietabarcelona.com if you have some questions.

To initiate the exchange, the customer will send an email to our customer service department customerservice@julietabarcelona.com with the following information.

Order number

2. Name

3. Phone number

4. Reason for the exchange

5. The new size requested

6. Photographs in case of damage or a defect in the shoes

Julieta Barcelona will cover the shipping expenses.

The customer will receive a shipping label to be placed in the exterior of the shipping box. The shoes will have to be returned in the original box with the protective bags and the original Julieta Barcelona labels.

Once the shoes arrive to Julieta Barcelona, they will be inspected by our team of artisans. They will determine if the shoes are eligible for an exchange. If that is the case, the customer will be notified via email of the arrival date of the requested pair of shoes. If the shoes do not meet the criteria for an exchange, they will be mailed to the customer and charged for shipping.

Every customer qualifies for only one exchange with shipping costs covered by Julieta Barcelona. In case of a need for a second or subsequent exchanges, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
